Own strategic, executive-level customer relationships for enterprise accounts. Guide Sysdig deployments and architecture on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, run business reviews, lead workshops, map outcomes to technical capabilities, support renewals and expansion, identify/mitigate risks, troubleshoot environments, and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to drive value and mentor junior team members.

Provide senior-level technical support and escalations for enterprise customers. Collaborate with engineering on bugs and feature requests, triage and reproduce field issues, develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings and knowledge-base content, support high-touch accounts, and participate in the on-call rotation.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, align Sysdig technical capabilities to business outcomes, lead CBRs and workshops, support deployments and troubleshooting on Kubernetes and container platforms, drive renewals/expansions, identify risks/opportunities, partner with Product/Engineering/Support, and mentor junior CSEs/CSMs.
