Technical owner for SysAid's Context Lake and Agentic Layer: build and maintain GitHub-based structured context, design agent workflows and orchestration, integrate with martech (CRM, automation, paid media), enable marketers to run automated campaigns, and iterate infrastructure and tooling to improve agent outputs and production reliability.

Partner with C-level and revenue leaders to deliver data-driven insights, build forecasting models, create dashboards, optimize sales and customer success processes, and track revenue performance to identify growth, retention, and efficiency opportunities.

Lead SysAid’s product marketing and brand across messaging, content, creative, communications, partner and field marketing. Own messaging frameworks, brand identity, PR/analyst strategy, and activation across channels. Translate product and market changes into field-ready messaging, scale creative output, grow a seven-person team, and operationalize AI into content and GTM processes to maintain quality at scale.
