Manage and grow existing SMB accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, delivering product presentations and demos, following up on marketing/CSM leads, and closing business while providing technical problem-solving and building strong customer relationships.

Partner with C-level and revenue leaders to deliver data-driven insights, build forecasting models, create dashboards, optimize sales and customer success processes, and track revenue performance to identify growth, retention, and efficiency opportunities.

Lead end-to-end design within product pods: conduct UX research and discovery, frame problems, and design complex enterprise workflows from concept to production. Drive UX, interaction, and visual design quality in AI-first, code-first workflows. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape direction and delivery and improve design processes and tools.
