Coordinates and executes marketing events, trade shows, community activations, and engagement programs. Manages venues, vendors, budgets, travel, materials, registration, setup, and on-site execution. Supports email, social media, newsletters, signage, and other marketing communications. Tracks attendance, engagement, lead generation, budgets, and vendor performance while maintaining brand consistency. Requires frequent travel, strong organization, communication, project management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent events.

Lead Syringa's largest, multi-site customer implementations from initiation to activation. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risks and governance, improve delivery processes, and mentor Customer Delivery Managers.
