Lead site quality for electronics manufacturing, overseeing QA/QC, inspection, supplier quality, NCR/CAPA, audits, and customer escalations. Own and improve the QMS, set KPIs, use data to drive improvements, develop the quality team, and provide hands-on support for urgent issues and audits.

Develop and maintain full-stack custom business systems for manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Build server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and responsive web UIs. Design database schemas and stored procedures, perform unit/integration/system testing, debug and optimize performance, participate in CI/CD via GitLab, collaborate with business analysts, and provide ongoing support and documentation.

Design manufacturing test systems for validating electronic products, develop automated test strategies, and mentor junior team members.
