The Staff Accountant records monthly journal entries, maintains prepaid expense and liability schedules, analyzes general ledger accounts, prepares balance sheet reconciliations, supports internal and external audits, applies global accounting policies, and completes financial reporting surveys. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of accounting concepts. SAP, Oracle, public accounting, manufacturing, and Business Warehouse experience are preferred.

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Filago site, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting minutes, visitor assistance, expense reconciliation, records management, travel arrangements, office supplies, equipment maintenance, purchase requisitions, events, insurance, and statutory activities. The role is permanent, part-time at 60% or 24 hours weekly, primarily mornings, and requires fluent Italian and English, MS Office proficiency, organization, adaptability, and independent teamwork.

Lead process engineering for CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning and start-up. Develop BoD, PFDs/P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process calculations, safety studies and risk assessments. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, approve third-party designs, appraise vendors, provide cost estimates, and support construction, commissioning and start-up while ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements.
