Supports Group FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, performance analysis, financial reporting, and strategic decision support. The role partners with finance leaders and budget owners, prepares insights for senior leadership, the Board, and investors, identifies efficiency opportunities, and contributes to finance transformation. Advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools are used to improve reporting and planning processes.

Coordinates domestic and international import/export logistics, including shipment bookings, customs documentation, carrier and freight-forwarder relationships, transload and warehouse operations, and shipment issue resolution. Tracks logistics costs and metrics, supports freight pricing, maintains SAP data integrity, and identifies supply chain cost-saving opportunities. Collaborates with customer service, supply chain, procurement, commercial teams, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.

Provides first-line technical support to PC users, troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networking, and mobile device issues. Analyzes and resolves incidents within established service-level agreements, coordinates with end users and technology teams, documents incidents, and communicates resolutions while delivering strong customer service.
