Provide escalated technical support for backend/platform issues across Core and Vision, diagnosing root causes using SQL, GCP, logs, Grafana, and gateway/DevOps telemetry; close or escalate tickets with full reproduction and handoff documentation; contribute runbooks and mentor analysts; participate in on-call rotations for incident and release support.

Manage bookkeeping and accounting transactions, prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, reconcile general ledger and sub-ledgers, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, handle accounts payable/receivable, process biweekly payroll and tax filings (1099, W2, T4), oversee audits, support FP&A and People team, and maintain strong internal controls and timely month-end close.
