As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategy for a new product that assesses user readiness through real-time scenarios, driving customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Lead multiple engineering teams building the Agents Platform, a reliable, low-latency foundation supporting models, voices, and downstream products. Drive complex projects, prioritize work with product and data teams, balance speed and scalability, scale engineering talent, monitor performance, and support career development. Partner with R&D to productionize AI technology and align platform delivery with business, growth, and revenue goals.

Own the architecture, delivery, and operational health of internal developer platforms, CI/CD systems, observability, testing infrastructure, and AI-assisted development tools. Lead multi-quarter technical projects, shape roadmap and strategy with leadership, mentor engineers, and improve developer velocity through scalable tooling. Drive adoption of AI-powered developer capabilities, integrate third-party services, and provide long-term technical direction for the platform engineering organization.
