Own the enterprise product design surface from problem framing through iteration, focusing on governance, permissions, audit logs, identity workflows, billing, analytics, and integrations. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmap direction, navigate technical constraints, establish coherent design systems, build prototypes, and incorporate enterprise customer feedback. The role requires systems thinking, technical fluency, independent decision-making, and experience designing complex workflows centered on trust, compliance, transparency, and user control.

Provide commercial legal support for sales, partnerships, vendor purchases, and go-to-market teams. Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, software licenses, DPAs, NDAs, and enterprise contracts; advise on IP, data privacy/security, AI terms, and regulatory matters; develop policies, playbooks, and processes; and deliver practical in-house legal guidance to balance business objectives and legal risk.

Lead and grow a senior Application Security engineering team; define AppSec strategy and roadmap; engage deeply on threat modelling, security architecture, agentic/AI-native tooling, SAST/SCA, vulnerability management and automation; embed security into the SDLC, coordinate with leadership and partner teams, and represent AppSec externally for compliance and customer interactions.
