Provides autonomous commercial legal support across business units, drafting and negotiating life sciences agreements, managing deal workflows and the contract database, advising on legal and commercial risk, supporting intellectual property matters, and partnering with internal stakeholders and counterparties. The role also develops contract templates, tracks legal function metrics, manages outside counsel, and facilitates resolution of complex matters.
