Syntegon Benefits Overview

Act as the financial partner to the CDO and Digital Technology Leadership Team: own financial steering of major initiatives, monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting, drive efficiency measures, and provide strategic financial guidance and transparency.

Manage HSE across Syntegon's Bristol and Derby sites as the nominated responsible person. Ensure legal compliance, implement group HSE directives, advise managers, lead training, inspections, incident investigations, KPI and energy reporting, contractor management, and continuous improvement of EHS systems. Role is Bristol-based with regular travel to Derby.

Provide customer-facing aftersales support for packaging machinery: assess enquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations, manage spare parts orders and BOMs, schedule surveys and installations, support remote diagnostics, and liaise with engineering, purchasing and field teams to minimise downtime.
