Manages strategic sourcing plans for assigned product categories, including supplier research, contract drafting and negotiation, spend analysis, category strategy, supplier selection, and performance improvement. Partners with business owners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security to address requirements and mitigate outsourcing risk. Develops sourcing processes, tools, and pipelines while driving supplier consolidation, cost savings, quality improvements, and contract effectiveness.

Supports the health, modernization, deployment, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of organization-wide IT systems. Troubleshoots incidents, supports internal departments, monitors system capacity and performance, resolves recurring issues, and contributes to complex technology projects. Serves as a subject-matter expert and escalation point for junior engineers while supporting software, hardware, networking, security, and virtualization environments.

Provides comprehensive branch banking service, including client inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, payments, account opening and maintenance, wire transfers, compliance, fraud-risk decisions, reporting, and referrals to specialized financial services. Supports office operations and client experience while coaching team members and coordinating with Human Resources. Requires strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, client service, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
