The Financial Advisor Associate supports advisors by documenting loans, managing deposit relationships, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional client service.

Manage and grow relationships with closely held and private businesses ($2.5M–$75M revenue), deliver banking products (lending, deposits, treasury), originate loans (including SBA), assess creditworthiness, negotiate loan terms, cross-sell bank services, collaborate with internal SMEs, and represent the bank in the community.

The role involves managing investment securities, contributing to portfolio strategy, trade execution, performance reporting, and overseeing Treasury Analysts.
