Provides comprehensive banking service to clients in person and by phone, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, account opening and maintenance, wire transfers, safe deposit support, research, and issue resolution. Ensures compliance with banking regulations, manages operational reports, makes risk-aware decisions, supports office leadership, and identifies opportunities to refer clients to specialized financial services.

Leads the Accounting Operations Reconciliation team, overseeing daily and monthly general ledger and deposit account reconciliations, month-end close activities, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and financial accuracy. Supervises and mentors staff, reviews complex reconciliations, ensures compliance with banking regulations and accounting standards, supports implementations, and resolves client issues while delivering high-quality service.
