Lead and execute the Internal Audit Department's annual audit plan, oversee IT-related audit engagements, manage internal and co-sourced resources, interact with Audit Committee, regulators and external auditors, document and monitor findings, and support continuous monitoring and QAIP programs while providing advisory guidance to management.

Lead the asset-based lending underwriting function: manage and mentor underwriters, assess and approve complex secured lending transactions, develop policies, collaborate with origination/credit/legal, monitor risks and regulatory compliance, prepare leadership reports, and drive strategic growth of ABL portfolio.

Originate and manage mortgage loan applications, pre-qualify prospects, work with underwriting and operations to ensure compliant, timely closings, maintain regulatory and product knowledge, provide high-quality client service and cross-sell bank products.
