Manages IT release and technology solution delivery for business units and clients. Leads technical teams, oversees software and hardware planning, testing, deployment, upgrades, integration, and Tier 3 support. Manages budgets, vendors, contracts, system roadmaps, performance metrics, risk, training, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and service requirements.

Provides credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio management, financial covenant monitoring, risk assessment, and lending recommendations for new and renewed credit requests. The role evaluates cash flow, collateral, construction costs, property income, and risk ratings; prepares underwriting documentation; manages client inquiries; supports financial advisors; and may exercise lending authority. It also includes client referrals, regulatory compliance, portfolio reporting, and possible team supervision and development.

Leads deposit pricing strategy across consumer and commercial portfolios, balancing growth, retention, profitability, liquidity, funding, earnings, and interest-rate risk objectives. Develops pricing recommendations, manages rate sheets, prepares Deposit Pricing Committee materials, monitors competitive markets and deposit trends, oversees third-party analytics providers, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership. Manages team performance and development while supporting governance, risk management, and client financial needs.
