Own post-sale customer relationships and keep the sales pipeline moving. Track leads and trials, draft outreach, maintain HubSpot, shepherd agreements to signature, onboard customers, answer questions, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering. Support BD with scheduling, notes, and prep to close deals.

Provide day-to-day ownership of commercial contracting, negotiate licensing and NDAs, advise on government contracting/DFARS, handle export control (EAR) and sanctions screening, support IP and corporate matters, and manage employment and intercompany agreements while collaborating across Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Exec teams.
