Teams at Syniverse

Owns Windows and endpoint security architecture, hardening, risk remediation, DLP, DSPM, incident response, and Splunk detection engineering. The role develops automation, investigates security incidents, maintains Windows security baselines, supports threat modeling and risk acceptance, and partners with SOC and detection engineering teams. It also serves as a technical escalation point and mentors security engineers while communicating risks and remediation status to technical and business stakeholders.

Provides escalated technical support for complex customer, application, and infrastructure issues. Installs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes production servers and software; analyzes logs, database entries, metrics, alarms, and application health data; performs root cause analysis, testing, benchmarking, and troubleshooting; coordinates internal teams and vendors through resolution; and executes improvements to production performance and reliability.

Provides escalated technical support for complex application and infrastructure issues. Installs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes production servers, software, databases, and cloud services. Performs root cause analysis, log and metrics research, application health monitoring, incident prioritization, performance benchmarking, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution. Coordinates internal teams and third-party vendors while maintaining ownership of support cases and communicating with technical and non-technical customers.
