Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, technical testing, and manager support through hiring. Identify candidates’ skills, motivations, potential, and cultural alignment; use headhunting, social media, advertising, and new talent pools to reach passive candidates. Persist through difficult searches, refine recruiting strategies, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment innovation.

Move and supply materials and parts throughout the factory, receive and organize inventory, maintain accessible storage areas, and adjust priorities to support production. Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely while handling loads up to 35–40 pounds. The role requires autonomy, organization, observation, attention to detail, and teamwork in a small evening-shift crew.

Prepare, verify, package, label, invoice, and safely load customer orders for shipment. Coordinate with production and carriers, track priorities and order progress, identify missing items, prepare pallets, and ensure shipments leave complete, accurate, protected, and on time. The role involves handling metal parts, boxes, pallets, forklifts, and pallet jacks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
