Administers and operates a federal Salesforce Marketing Cloud tenant across multiple business units. Responsibilities include user access, security, data extensions, SQL automations, journeys, deliverability, integrations, certificates, monitoring, incident response, backups, reporting, documentation, and service requests. The role also performs minor AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript, Guide Template Language, and SQL enhancements while maintaining compliance, accessibility, and operational safeguards.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications in AWS. Build front-end interfaces, backend services, APIs, integrations, and database components; troubleshoot complex technical issues; contribute to architecture and design decisions; support CI/CD and production readiness; conduct code reviews; collaborate across Product, QA, and DevOps; and mentor junior developers.

Supports PMO delivery across the software development lifecycle by gathering requirements, creating Jira artifacts, developing technical documentation, workflows, process maps, SOPs, and training materials. Builds integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project and provides cross-functional support to product, development, data, cybersecurity, testing, and stakeholder teams. The role also supports demonstrations, briefings, training sessions, and portfolio analysis.
