Sources, screens, interviews, and onboards candidates while maintaining recruiting pipelines and meeting hiring goals. Posts jobs, coordinates orientations and I-9 paperwork, attends job fairs and community outreach events, creates recruiting materials, and communicates with candidates, clients, and internal teams. Requires English and Spanish fluency, strong organization, relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Leads production line teams in a warehouse environment, supervises and coaches workers, monitors quality, manages WMS documentation, coordinates shift transitions, and enforces safety, GMP, and company standards. Requires leadership, communication, multitasking, basic computer skills, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift 20 pounds, and work in varying temperatures. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Coordinates daily employee check-in, attendance, timekeeping, staffing reports, safety walks, orientations, onboarding, and employee support. Provides coaching and handles workplace concerns and incidents while partnering with HR leadership and staffing agencies. Requires strong organization, relationship-building, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced facility environment.
