Lead discovery-led product management for Synera's web and low-code desktop platform. Engage customers and internal stakeholders to uncover needs, frame hypotheses, define measurable outcomes, and prioritize opportunities. Collaborate with design, engineering, and AI experts to validate and deliver initiatives that improve onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention. Own a problem space and run end-to-end discovery cycles to shape roadmap and product strategy.

Lead development and ownership of end-to-end evaluation and agentic systems. Build agent graphs, create golden datasets, implement LLM-as-judge pipelines, CI gating, reliability fixes, and production tracing to ensure trustworthy agent deployments.

Build and deploy AI-augmented workflows and multi-agent systems for engineering customers, identify use cases, create scripts and automations, optimize prompts, collaborate with product teams, and run customer workshops and on-site integrations (~40% travel).
