Join Synera's Marketplace QA team to build and maintain automated Playwright end-to-end test pipelines, collaborate with internal and external developers (including add-ins and CAD/simulation integrations), investigate and reproduce complex issues, integrate QA into CI/CD, and develop AI-first testing pipelines to drastically reduce manual testing.

Serve as primary customer contact for strategic West Coast engineering accounts, lead software rollouts and workshops, drive adoption and measurable account growth, run executive business reviews, analyze customer health metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Work with customers to design and automate engineering workflows using CAD/CAE tools and scripting, build demos and custom agents, run customer hackathons, respond to support tickets, and collaborate across Sales and CS to deliver AI-driven technical solutions.
