Design intuitive AI-native experiences for a technical automation platform used by engineers. Responsibilities include mapping complex user journeys, rapidly prototyping with AI and code, conducting user research and testing, collaborating with product managers and developers, shaping product vision, refining experiences through feedback and analytics, and maintaining a consistent code-first design system.

Partners with sales and customer success teams to understand engineering challenges, create tailored workflows and technical demonstrations, and communicate the business value of Synera’s AI-powered automation platform. Acts as a technical advisor to engineering customers, supports strategic deals, builds ROI narratives, and develops custom demo scenarios. Requires experience in customer-facing technical B2B SaaS roles, CAD/CAE systems, mechanical parts, and manufacturing processes.

Build and improve Synera’s web execution platform, low-code desktop editor, and customer portal. Own features end-to-end, simplify complex engineering automations, collaborate on technical design, review code, support customers, prototype solutions, and contribute to architecture and software development practices. Over time, take ownership of larger features, epics, technical domains, and module-level design decisions.
