Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing solutions, writing technical specifications, coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, issue resolution, and technical support. Collaborates with cross-functional and testing teams while participating in Agile ceremonies and staying current with technology advancements.

Lead end-to-end fund services projects, including launches, restructurings, migrations, operating model changes, and regulatory initiatives. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder communications, requirements, testing, readiness, and implementation. Coordinate operational, financial, regulatory, and technology teams while transitioning solutions into business-as-usual operations. The role requires strong knowledge of fund structures, lifecycle processes, and asset management or fund services environments.

Administer and configure Jira for a mid-size or large organization, including workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields, automation, dashboards, and reports. Use JQL and support Jira Service Management and Confluence. Apply Agile and ITSM practices while translating business needs into effective technical configurations and communicating with stakeholders.
