Designs, deploys, and operates AWS network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Maintains hybrid connectivity, Cisco routing and switching, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, security controls, monitoring, and network automation. Troubleshoots complex connectivity and performance issues, supports incident and change management, documents infrastructure, performs capacity planning, and collaborates with cloud, security, application, DevOps, and data center teams. Participates in on-call support for critical systems.

Owns the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for municipal bond issuance platforms. Partners with syndicate desks, front office, operations, and technology teams to improve issuance, pricing, allocation, settlement, automation, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and user adoption across Agile teams.

Develop secure, scalable full-stack platforms, APIs, developer portals, integrations, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code. Build LLM applications, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, evaluations, and responsible AI controls. Implement resilience, observability, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance testing. Collaborate with software engineering, SRE, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and production teams while supporting financial-services enterprise systems.
