Syndio Benefits Overview

Design, build, and operate high-throughput distributed backend systems using Go and Python. Develop Kafka-based event pipelines, REST, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs, optimize Postgres schemas and queries, and manage cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS with Terraform and GitHub Actions. Maintain reliability, observability, and performance using Datadog. Own technical domains end-to-end, write design specifications, review code, deploy services, and support on-call operations.

Own marketing portfolio and project management alongside marketing operations. Build plans, coordinate cross-functional standups, track deliverables, manage risks, administer marketing systems, oversee budgets and vendors, design scalable workflows, and provide performance and portfolio reporting to leadership. The role partners across Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to deliver launches, campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.

Build, maintain, and optimize integration platforms and workflows (iPaaS) to automate data flows across HRIS/ATS/CRM/ERP systems. Manage connectors/APIs, troubleshoot errors, monitor performance, document best practices, enable repeatable onboarding, and collaborate with engineering and customer success to improve reliability and observability.
