The Accounting Assistant supports European entities with accounts payable, supplier payment runs, bank allocations and reconciliations, cash reporting, journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, tax documentation, and month-end closing. The role communicates with suppliers, global finance teams, and budget holders, identifies process efficiencies and excess costs, and supports the Accounting Manager and European CFO. It requires Polish and English proficiency, accounting knowledge, Excel skills, and at least one year of similar experience.

Supports and maintains a global SaaS platform across AWS and Azure in a 24x7 rotational environment. Responsibilities include production monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure administration, observability, root cause analysis, disaster recovery, security and compliance processes, customer communications, documentation, and operational improvements. The role requires Linux, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, API troubleshooting, and cloud operations expertise.

Provide customer-focused application support for SaaS products in a global 24x7 environment. Own incidents and service requests, troubleshoot applications using logs, APIs, configurations, data, and monitoring tools, meet SLAs, communicate with customers, and coordinate escalations. Support L1 or L2 responsibilities based on experience, including complex incident analysis, root-cause investigation, documentation, knowledge sharing, major incident response, and continuous improvement. The role requires shift work, including weekends and holidays.
