The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing business opportunities within the assigned territory, utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Manage a portfolio of SMB brand accounts to maximize renewals and drive upsell growth. Proactively identify churn risk, collaborate with expansion sellers, use Syndigo tools to forecast and prioritize, and provide consultative support to ensure customers realize product value and meet NRR targets.

Lead and grow an 8–12 engineer team to deliver scalable, reliable SaaS systems. Manage hiring, performance, sprint planning, architecture reviews, CI/CD, observability, and technical debt reduction. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to prioritize roadmap items and drive engineering best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
