Enters and interprets product packaging information in the company platform, follows predefined data standards, audits content accuracy, and validates and corrects product information before manufacturer approval. The role requires strong attention to detail, process adherence, communication skills, and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. This is a hybrid position for candidates in Joinville, Brazil, with work required in the office five days per week.

Coordinates client projects and operational initiatives, maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, deliverables, and documentation. Supports client onboarding, meetings, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and process improvements. Assists with collecting, validating, and maintaining nutrition, ingredient, menu, and product data while resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely content updates. This remote role requires working US night shift hours.

Manage Total Rewards programs across Europe and India, including benefits, compensation, leave administration, vendor relationships, compliance, benchmarking, and annual pay processes. Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders on job evaluations, compensation decisions, employee communications, and process improvements. Support audits, regulatory changes, mergers and acquisitions, and the consistent delivery of competitive, compliant rewards programs.
