Review and validate production builds for change requests across Fiserv and related platforms, control configuration change management workflows, perform post-production validation, document process controls and KPIs, report status to leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure SLA adherence and workflow closure.

Develop, enhance, and support Synchrony’s metadata management and cataloging platform (Ab Initio Metadata Hub). Collaborate with governance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to ensure metadata quality, lineage, and discoverability; design solutions, implement platform changes, test, document runbooks, and enable cloud and AI/ML metadata use cases.

Lead digital measurement analytics for servicing platforms: design/validate data collection, build reporting and feature measurement, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and drive analytics roadmap and actionable insights.
