Administer and optimize enterprise SAS Viya 4 environments running on AWS and Kubernetes/EKS. Responsibilities include configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, security, IAM, authentication, Terraform infrastructure automation, and SAS 9.4/Grid migration support. The role partners with infrastructure, security, network, database, and application teams to deliver reliable, scalable analytics platform services.

Leads and mentors developers while delivering web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and React.js. Drives technical design, code reviews, API and microservices development, cloud transformation, integrations, production readiness, CI/CD, testing, and operational improvements. Partners with Product, UX, QA, and distributed teams throughout the SDLC, manages delivery priorities, supports incident resolution, and promotes engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Leads digital measurement analytics for marketing platforms, including data collection and validation, dashboard development, feature performance reporting, user behavior analysis, journey friction identification, and UX improvement recommendations. Partners with marketing, technology, digital, and analytics stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities, manage projects, communicate insights, and build analytics roadmaps using tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and AWS SageMaker.
