Deliver portfolio credit reporting and analytics to identify material credit risks, monitor risk appetite metrics, support regulatory and audit requests, validate monthly credit review data, investigate emerging trends, and lead ad hoc analytical projects. The role requires collaboration across Credit and Underwriting, maintenance of risk methodology documentation, and communication of findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Leads credit acquisition risk strategy for CareCredit and health and wellness portfolios. Develops and monitors credit strategies, challenger tests, risk mitigation initiatives, and new products while balancing growth and credit losses. Analyzes data from multiple systems, validates models, evaluates fraud and credit risk tools, and provides strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Requires cross-functional leadership, advanced analytics, SAS programming, statistical tools, and occasional business travel.

Lead and execute growth process surveillance and control testing within Performance Marketing. Design Test of Design and Control testing, perform peer/tollgate QA reviews, coach team members, manage SIAM/role profile governance, maintain stakeholder communication, and drive remediation of issues and process improvements.
