Provides virtual cognitive neurology consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, MCI, and related disorders. Supervises APPs across multiple states, manages medications and diagnostics, collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams, educates patients and caregivers, supports emerging dementia therapies and research initiatives, documents care in the EHR, and improves telehealth care protocols.

Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of strategic healthcare and life sciences partnerships. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, timelines, dependencies, project plans, risks, documentation, dashboards, and launch-readiness reporting. Serve as a coordination point for internal teams and external partners, support workflow alignment, capture feedback, improve implementation processes, and facilitate transitions to steady-state account ownership.

Lead Synapticure's full marketing function: set strategy and roadmap, manage agencies and a small internal team, launch a rebrand and website, run paid acquisition and lifecycle programs, own CAC/LTV targets and measurement with Mixpanel, develop caregiver- and partner-facing messaging, and ensure clinical and compliance alignment. Drive weekly growth rhythms, scale channels deliberately, and build internal capability to meet enrollment and partnership goals.
