Lead virtual production strategy and execution at Synapse's Atlanta studio, translating creative vision into reliable VP workflows. Oversee Unreal Engine, LED volume, camera tracking, disguise/RenderStream, and in-camera VFX from pre-production through on-stage delivery while refining workflows, supporting R&D, and establishing scalable standards.

Support day-to-day accounting operations across multi-entity production business: AR/AP, payroll and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, project and production accounting, cash management, vendor and customer records, and process improvements. Maintain NetSuite records, assist audits, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, and support collections, payments, and reporting.

Support day-to-day office and studio operations, executive administration, and digital workspace organization. Manage vendor relationships, supplies, calendars, booking, events, budgets, intern program, tenant services, and client/visitor hospitality. Improve processes using AI and automation tools and coordinate with finance, HR, and stage staff to ensure efficient, organized operations.
