Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop implementation plans and timelines, manage risks and scope changes, analyze readiness and outcomes, and document scalable processes and playbooks to ensure timely, high-quality go-lives.

Conduct clinical and quality audits of DMEPOS products, services, and workflows to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Review medical records and outcomes, identify risks and quality gaps, recommend and track CAPAs, prepare audit reports, support investigations and accreditation readiness, and provide training and guidance to operational teams.

Execute internal quality audits of DMEPOS products, services, documentation, and workflows to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Document findings, produce reports, support corrective actions, collaborate cross-functionally, assist training, and help maintain audit readiness and investigations to improve patient safety and process quality.
