Serves as the frontline contact for patients, prescribers, and partners during DME order intake and fulfillment. Processes and validates orders, coordinates with providers, responds to inquiries, advocates for patients, maintains accurate records, protects health information under HIPAA, handles escalations, and supports workflow improvements while meeting productivity, quality, satisfaction, and attendance goals.

Processes and validates DME orders, patient information, prescriber details, and equipment requests. Responds to inquiries, coordinates with providers, advocates for patients, maintains accurate records, protects confidential health information under HIPAA, resolves escalated issues, meets service and productivity goals, and identifies workflow improvements. This is a fully onsite role in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Review, validate, and maintain DME medical documentation to ensure payer, clinical, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate precertification/recertification, audit patient files, obtain clarifications from providers, run insurance cost estimates, support patient and provider inquiries, maintain EMR and document systems, participate in on-call rotation, and uphold HIPAA and organizational privacy standards while meeting performance metrics.
