Own complex technical deployments and integrations for banking and enterprise clients across on-premise, private cloud, restricted, and air-gapped environments. Design deployment architectures, build adapters and automation, operate Kubernetes-based applications, troubleshoot production issues, lead technical escalations, and create architecture and operational documentation. Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to improve product capabilities, mentor engineers, review designs, lead client workshops, and establish deployment standards.

Design deployment and integration architectures, build APIs and connectors, operate Kubernetes-based applications, resolve critical production issues, and lead technical escalations. Partner with client and internal engineering teams, create architecture and operational documentation, mentor engineers, review technical designs, and convert recurring deployment patterns into reusable product capabilities.

Develop, deploy, and maintain backend systems for AI products using Python and Django/DRF. Build scalable RESTful APIs, write tests, optimize databases, implement CI/DevOps, ensure application security, and collaborate with data scientists and front-end developers in an agile environment.

Design, implement, and manage hybrid infrastructure as code across cloud and on-prem environments. Optimize CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with engineering and stakeholders, troubleshoot deployments, lead infrastructure reviews, mentor junior engineers, and research new infrastructure technologies to inform roadmap and strategy.

Own post-live client relationships for Synapse's AI-powered credit and risk products, ensure product health and adoption, triage and drive issue resolution with engineering/product, capture and prioritise client feedback, manage renewals and expansion opportunities, and maintain detailed account records and success plans across a portfolio.

Own deployment and lifecycle of Synapse products in enterprise and banking client environments. Design secure on-prem and air-gapped architectures, build integrations and adapters, create deployment/runbook documentation, deploy using Docker and Kubernetes, troubleshoot networking and security issues, collaborate with product and delivery teams, and provide technical guidance and on-call production support.

Lead product vision and roadmap for Azka Vision; prioritize features, write user stories, gather user feedback, track KPIs, work with development in Agile ceremonies, and support business development and partnerships to deliver high-quality, data-driven product improvements.

Lead and grow product engineering squads, improve delivery discipline, coach engineers, drive roadmap execution, raise engineering standards, remove blockers, partner with Product/QA/DevOps, hire and evaluate candidates, and support customer escalations while protecting roadmap capacity.
