Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Sara AI product suite. Partner with engineering, customers, sales, and marketing to launch AI-driven security features, monitor model efficacy, and drive adoption while representing the product to analysts and customers.

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for expanding Synack's client base in cybersecurity, managing complex accounts, and achieving sales goals while building strong C-level relationships.

Manage onboarding and execution of penetration tests, scope engagements, guide researchers, gather customer requirements, and provide technical SME support. Partner with internal teams to analyze client assets, ensure testing meets compliance requirements, and drive remediation and client success in a FedRAMP Moderate environment.
