Leads the company’s accounting function, overseeing monthly close, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, revenue recognition, consolidations, internal controls, tax compliance, treasury support, and external audits. Owns NetSuite and the broader finance technology stack, manages international subsidiary accounting, and supervises finance teams across multiple regions. Partners with FP&A and Contracts on budgeting, financial analysis, pricing, and contract accounting while ensuring accurate billing, collections, payables, payroll, and financial data.

Own end-to-end onboarding for higher education clients across Latin America, from kickoff and configuration through training, go-live, and adoption. Manage multiple implementation projects, facilitate multilingual workshops, coordinate integrations and internal teams, assess risks, and build trusted client relationships. Support client success, identify expansion opportunities, develop case studies, and ensure solutions reflect local language, regulations, and higher education practices.

Manages client relationships throughout onboarding, implementation, support, engagement, and growth. Advises higher education clients on goals, KPIs, product adoption, process improvements, and outcomes. Monitors account health, addresses risks, supports upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues. Provides training, guidance, and ongoing communication while developing client success stories and encouraging feedback.
