Support daily operations by handling applicant processing and inquiries via chat, phone, SMS, and email; troubleshoot issues with IT and other departments; maintain records; collaborate with sales to resolve recurring problems and improve processes.

Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure lending services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior QC staff to resolve issues, implement corrective actions, develop training, and maintain quality documentation and reports.
