Provide timely, appetizing meal service and tray setup for residents; follow portion-control and food-safety procedures; perform scheduled cleaning; assist with meal service and dining area setup; maintain fast-paced, detail-oriented, customer-focused care.

Prepare nutritious meals for residents by following dietary orders and recipes, operate kitchen equipment, maintain food safety and sanitation, follow state and facility dietary policies, provide excellent customer service, communicate with families and coworkers, promote teamwork, and work required weekends and some holidays.

Manage daily accounting and billing for a long-term care facility: resident trust funds, deposits, billing/collections, Medicaid assistance, accounts receivable analysis, and customer service for residents and families. Maintain Business Office records, filing, and compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.
