Lead Symmetry’s enterprise B2B marketing strategy and team across demand generation, product and lifecycle marketing, digital presence, sales enablement, analytics, and brand positioning. Drive revenue growth through data-informed campaigns, lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales support. The role requires marketing technical AI, API, and SaaS products for developer audiences while building an AI-native marketing function and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

Supports the CEO, Head of Engineering, and leadership team through complex calendar management, travel and event planning, executive communications, meeting operations, expense processes, and administrative systems. Builds AI-enabled workflows for summaries, inbox triage, research, and drafting while exercising judgment and protecting sensitive information. Acts as a strategic thought partner, culture carrier, and cross-functional coordinator who anticipates risks, improves processes, and helps leaders operate effectively.
