Provide onsite IT support for hotel operations: maintain Windows workstations and servers, VMware hosts, networking, wireless, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hospitality systems (Opera, VingCard, Micros). Troubleshoot hardware, security/malware issues, manage tickets, complete projects, coordinate vendors, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
