Supports reporting production, data analysis, and analytics operations across the COR.IQ product portfolio. Develops and maintains SQL and Qlik queries, data extracts, scripts, and reporting enhancements; investigates data quality issues and operational anomalies; supports product onboarding and client requests; and provides backup coverage for the Data Analyst 3. The role also develops expertise in fraud analytics, reporting systems, product operations, and continuous improvement.

Processes and reconciles financial transactions, cash books, journals, clearing data, customer accounts, and GL accounts. Enters and distributes financial items, investigates discrepancies, manages exceptions, prepares reports, and communicates with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues. Applies established controls while supporting high-volume transaction processing and maintaining accuracy within operational deadlines.

Designs, develops, architects, and deploys complex software solutions while guiding technical direction for projects. Leads planning, estimates, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; promotes engineering best practices; mentors developers; improves system reliability and performance; and provides rotational Tier 3 support for critical 24x7 platforms. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and communicate solutions.
