Develop advanced robot perception systems for automated warehouse robotics, including computer vision, deep learning, object detection, pose estimation, sensor fusion, dataset creation, and simulation. Integrate perception with planning and manipulation systems, improve real-time robotic decision-making, maintain high-quality software, and research sim-to-real techniques. Collaborate cross-functionally, solve complex engineering problems, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of middleware for mobile robotic platforms. Build logging, diagnostics, telemetry, observability, process management, and communication frameworks for distributed robotic software. Deploy, validate, and troubleshoot software on physical robots and simulations while providing technical expertise and feature ownership. Collaborate in an agile engineering environment to ensure reliable robot operation.

Supports site-level environmental, health, and safety activities across construction, commissioning, installation, and operational startup in Mexico. Responsibilities include implementing STPS NOM requirements, coordinating contractor safety documentation and training records, monitoring critical safety programs, conducting site inspections, tracking corrective actions, maintaining incident and IMSS documentation, and communicating safety updates. The role is site-based, requires physical work at heights and in confined spaces, and involves occasional travel with higher travel during onboarding.
