The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages customer sales orders, invoicing, credit notes, payment terms, pricing, sales tax, collections, disputes, and account reconciliation. The role supports financial reporting, month-end close, audits, process improvements, and ERP implementation while coordinating with customers, suppliers, sales, and supply chain teams. The position is hybrid in Wilmington, Massachusetts, with up to 10% travel.

Manage supplier and contract manufacturer quality activities, audits, quality planning, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and performance metrics. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve defects and prevent recurrence. Support product introductions, production readiness, process improvements, documentation, and field reliability. The hybrid role is based remotely in Detroit, requires at least two onsite days weekly, and includes up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Administer and improve U.S. and global employee benefit programs, including enrollment, eligibility, vendor transactions, compliance, audits, reporting, and open enrollment. Analyze utilization and program effectiveness, support budgeting and renewals, resolve complex employee and vendor issues, maintain plan documentation, and partner with HRIS, Payroll, brokers, consultants, and benefit providers.
