Lead product design across teams, craft end-to-end user journeys that make on‑chain complexity legible, surface risk/exposure/returns, run user research, produce concrete feature scopes, and partner tightly with engineering to design within protocol constraints.

Lead commercial strategy for Symbiotic’s DeFi infrastructure, driving partnerships, protocol integrations, strategic alliances, and growth. Responsibilities include managing partner pipelines, identifying market opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining account intelligence, engaging the DeFi community, gathering customer feedback, and influencing product roadmaps. The role requires a strong crypto-native network, expertise across lending, borrowing, liquidity, governance, and vault ecosystems, plus a demonstrated record of increasing TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption.
