Collaborate with founders, product, engineering, and customers to discover business needs and translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions. Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, automation platforms, and integrations. Present solution designs and recommendations, define production requirements with engineering teams, and support deployment of AI products.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications, RESTful APIs, backend services, databases, and responsive frontend interfaces. Implement authentication, third-party integrations, performance improvements, testing, CI/CD workflows, and AWS deployments. Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers, participate in code reviews and Scrum ceremonies, troubleshoot production issues, and apply modern software development practices.

Supports daily business operations, sales coordination, outreach communications, scheduling, pipeline and revenue tracking, leadership reporting, contact research, and confidential record maintenance. The role requires strong communication, advanced spreadsheet skills, CRM familiarity, accuracy, and reliability when managing sensitive information.

Performs manual testing across web, mobile, and API applications, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Creates test plans, cases, and defect reports; collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients; supports test automation; tracks bugs in JIRA; and participates in Agile ceremonies. Ensures stable, reliable releases through comprehensive coverage and attention to quality.

Supports daily business operations, sales coordination, outreach communications, scheduling, pipeline and revenue tracking, leadership reporting, and research. Maintains accurate, confidential communication logs and business trackers while coordinating follow-ups across stakeholders. Requires strong communication, advanced spreadsheet skills, CRM familiarity, and 1–4 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, sales coordinator, or operations associate.

Develop and maintain Drupal 9–11 websites and applications across frontend and backend development. Responsibilities include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Twig theming, custom module development, Drupal API integration, database work with MySQL and MariaDB, migrations, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, Git-based code management, and Acquia Cloud hosting. The role also requires attention to Drupal coding standards, secure development, and familiarity with Docker or similar containerization tools.

Leads software development projects from planning through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, Agile ceremonies, budgets, resources, risks, quality, stakeholder communication, UAT, and documentation. The role manages client expectations, resolves issues, supports PMO standards, improves processes, and mentors junior project team members.

Supports cross-functional and client-facing teams by gathering and documenting requirements, creating wireframes and process flows, coordinating with development, design, and QA teams, assisting with UAT and test cases, tracking bugs, monitoring deliverables, and preparing stakeholder updates and project reports.
