The Regulatory Compliance Officer will support Sylvera’s compliance framework for the ESMA EU ESG Ratings Regulation. Responsibilities include advising leadership and the board, managing ESMA communications, monitoring regulatory developments, maintaining policies and records, managing conflicts of interest, assessing compliance risks, designing controls, delivering training, and promoting a compliance culture across the Irish entity and global organization.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market customers across Latin America, exceeding revenue targets and building pipeline through outbound prospecting. Develop stakeholder relationships, close complex SaaS and sustainability solution deals, provide technical product expertise, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at prospect visits and industry events.

Support the Legal function with commercial contract and NDA drafting, review, and negotiation; maintain templates and playbooks; assist with procurement, vendor security reviews, corporate filings, data licensing, privacy, GDPR, and employment matters. The role works closely with Sales, InfoSec, People, customers, and external counsel while improving legal operations through process discipline and AI tooling. This is a six-month fixed-term contract with potential conversion to a permanent role.
