Manage daily San Francisco office operations while providing proactive executive support to the co-founder and leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, vendor and facilities management, supplies and workplace services, office access, onboarding and offboarding logistics, guest visits, events, confidential information, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, and a hands-on approach in a fast-growing environment.

Develop and improve ASTRA-sim for modeling and simulating heterogeneous AI hardware architectures. Integrate internal estimation tools into simulation frameworks, model distributed training, inference, and reasoning workflows across GPUs, CPUs, and novel accelerators, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Lead the end-to-end fault-tolerant architecture integrating multiple qubit modalities, translate QEC theory into hardware-aware protocols, drive simulation and benchmarking frameworks, make architectural trade-offs under device constraints, co-design for AI/ML workloads, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
