The role requires dependable, proactive, detail-oriented service, comfort with hands-on tasks, professional communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site.

Manage daily San Francisco office operations while providing proactive executive support to the co-founder and leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, vendor and facilities management, supplies and workplace services, office access, onboarding and offboarding logistics, guest visits, events, confidential information, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, and a hands-on approach in a fast-growing environment.
