Lead corporate IT and security for a fast-growing quantum-AI hardware company: manage identity, endpoints, MDM, SSO/MFA, EDR/SIEM, Zero Trust, SOC 2 readiness, physical security, procurement, vendor relationships, incident response, documentation, and AI tool governance while building and directing a small team of contractors and future hires.

Lead applied collaborations bringing quantum-native generative methods into partner domains: design benchmarks, prototype and validate proofs-of-concept, benchmark against trusted reference methods, produce reproducible evidence and resource models, and communicate technical results to partners while informing internal research directions.

Lead the end-to-end fault-tolerant architecture integrating multiple qubit modalities, translate QEC theory into hardware-aware protocols, drive simulation and benchmarking frameworks, make architectural trade-offs under device constraints, co-design for AI/ML workloads, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
