Design, implement, and optimize hardware-ready quantum circuits and software. Build and maintain compilation/transpilation tooling, profile and benchmark performance, collaborate with research and hardware teams, and contribute to internal quantum software infrastructure.

Hands-on experimental physicist role building, operating, and optimizing quantum hardware. Design and characterize optical or cryogenic systems, implement qubit control/readout protocols, integrate control electronics and measurement systems, automate experiments, analyze results, and collaborate across teams to scale quantum platforms.
