Build and maintain customer relationships, generate and close new business, quote lanes, cold call prospects, conduct sales trips, design presentations, analyze sales data, and coordinate closely with operations and the VP of Business Development.

Perform freight pricing analysis, forecasting, and reporting to optimize cost and service. Build PowerBI dashboards, support Spotbot and TMS, research competitor pricing, rate scenarios, and communicate pricing decisions to sales and customers.

Coordinate and execute manual and automated QA testing, maintain QA documentation, collect and analyze logistics data, investigate OS&D issues, improve transportation and fulfillment processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shipment accuracy and product quality.
