Manage day-to-day client needs, process and audit invoices, verify invoice information with debtors, support client funding activities, monitor portfolio performance, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines. The role requires factoring or transportation invoicing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and FactorSoft, strong organization, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Summer interns receive training in transportation logistics and Syfan operations, rotate through departments such as logistics, 3PL sales, accounting, marketing, IT/data analytics, and pricing, and work under direct supervision with experienced team members. Responsibilities include updating the transportation management system, tracking loads and carrier capacity, supporting carrier prospecting, meeting KPIs, presenting project outcomes, and participating in team and community activities.

Lead regional sales for outsourced/managed transportation services across the Midwest. Build and maintain customer relationships, generate and close new business, quote lanes, cold call prospects, conduct sales trips, design presentations, analyze sales data, and coordinate closely with operations and the VP of Business Development.
