Sydney Airport Benefits Overview

Provides data-driven insights for airport infrastructure and capacity planning. Responsibilities include throughput and capacity analysis, simulation modelling, trend and benchmarking analysis, operational efficiency improvements, project and program phasing support, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders. The role works cross-functionally to support short-term operational improvements, long-term infrastructure investment, and major development decisions.

Lead enterprise-wide business continuity, incident preparedness and resilience capability for Sydney Airport. Develop and maintain continuity frameworks, BIA and Tiered plans, SOPs, training and exercises, provide incident decision support, conduct post-incident reviews, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational readiness and recovery.

Provide commercial legal advice and contract drafting/negotiation for airline, commercial and operational matters. Manage external advisers, monitor legal spend, support dispute resolution, update precedents, advise on technology, data-sharing and regulatory issues, and deliver training to stakeholders.
