Lead commercial development opportunities across Sydney Airport’s estate from concept and feasibility through business case approval. Assess market demand, planning pathways, development economics, risks, operational impacts and highest-and-best-use scenarios. Partner with Finance on DCF, IRR, NPV and sensitivity analysis, prepare investment briefs, guide governance stage gates, and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, planning, operations and delivery teams.

Lead early-stage commercial development opportunities across Sydney Airport’s land, precinct, and asset portfolio. Responsibilities include feasibility testing, market and planning analysis, development economics, financial modeling, risk assessment, business-case preparation, governance through investment stage gates, and stakeholder coordination. The role supports capital investment decisions, highest-and-best-use analysis, benefits realization, and long-term commercial value optimization across a complex operating environment.
