Leads enterprise application delivery, data services, DevSecOps, governance, technology strategy, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to select and deploy applications, align technology investments with business outcomes, manage externally sourced capabilities, improve service quality, and advance cloud, agile, SRE, AI/ML, and hybrid technology adoption. Oversees application developers and data engineers while establishing standards, controls, performance metrics, and service improvement plans.

Investigates regulatory, criminal, and personal injury violations; gathers evidence and witness statements; prepares investigative reports; audits gaming devices and gaming-related records; verifies compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal regulations; responds to customer disputes, emergencies, fraud, and volatile situations; and collaborates with casino management, Tribal Police, and external agencies.

Manages accounts payable by verifying invoices, preparing vendor payments, maintaining financial records, reconciling general ledger accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end close. Handles 1099 and withholding reporting, audit documentation, vendor data maintenance, AP software troubleshooting, bank reconciliations, credit card processing, records retention, and limited administrative support. Also trains staff on AP best practices and ensures compliance with accounting procedures.

Leads casino and golf resort accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, audits, month-end close, cash-flow forecasting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Manages accounting leadership and staff, improves financial systems and processes, ensures GAAP-compliant reporting, and partners with executives, auditors, IT, and gaming regulators.

Analyzes organizational and business data to produce reports, dashboards, visualizations, and actionable recommendations. Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, performs data validation and transformation, identifies trends and anomalies, supports data governance, and communicates insights to leadership. Uses SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Designs and delivers learning solutions including new hire orientation, leadership development, guest service, coaching, and performance improvement programs. Facilitates classroom, workshop, simulation, e-learning, and blended training; adapts content for diverse learning styles; maintains training records and calendars; develops course materials; evaluates program effectiveness; and collaborates with HR business partners to address skill gaps.
