Manages technology operations and support services, including helpdesk, data center, telecommunications, copier, and physical security systems. Oversees managed service providers, vendor performance, service levels, budgets, contracts, and operational issue resolution. Partners with organizational leadership on technology initiatives and service alignment, and may supervise technical support staff.
