Leads human resources and employee training functions, supervising HR and training staff while overseeing onboarding, recruitment strategy, HRIS administration, payroll support, benefits, leave, investigations, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. Designs and delivers compliance-focused training, maintains certification and training records, supports audits, monitors HR and compliance metrics, advises leadership on employment law and policies, manages vendors, and coordinates occasional travel between agency locations and events.

Oversee daily disability-service program operations, supervise and mentor staff, coordinate caseloads, support hiring and training, monitor participant outcomes and budgets, maintain records, develop curricula, facilitate inclusion and group activities, ensure compliance with policies and individual plans, communicate with families and agencies, and provide direct participant assistance when needed.

Develop and coordinate employment opportunities and supports for people with disabilities. Conduct career planning, job development, employer education, on-site training, and community advocacy. Manage Individual Service Plans, maintain documentation and billing, and provide transportation and other non-work supports to promote employment retention and community inclusion.
