Develop and coordinate employment opportunities and supports for people with disabilities. Conduct career planning, job development, employer education, on-site training, and community advocacy. Manage Individual Service Plans, maintain documentation and billing, and provide transportation and other non-work supports to promote employment retention and community inclusion.

Develops, coordinates, and delivers employee orientation and ongoing training programs. Designs curricula, facilitates classroom/virtual/hands-on training, conducts competency assessments, maintains training records, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, supports audits, and coaches staff and leaders to close skill gaps.

Supervise and mentor direct support staff while implementing individualized support plans to help people with disabilities achieve goals through community integration. Coordinate staffing, training, documentation, budgeting, medication oversight, safety procedures, and maintain participant records in compliance with agency, funding, and CARF standards.
