Supports comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, training coordination, compliance, HRIS management, recordkeeping, onboarding, offboarding, and retention initiatives. Serves as an employee resource, maintains accurate personnel records, prepares reports, supports payroll processes, manages vendor relationships, and assists with organizational projects and events. Occasional travel between work locations and agency events may be required.

Manages client finances, budgets, bills, benefits, trusts, tax documentation, and energy assistance applications. Maintains compliance with financial requirements, prepares documentation and reports, coordinates tax preparation, and supports residential and finance departments. Requires strong organization, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and facilitation skills, along with proficiency in office, database, and spreadsheet software.

Provides administrative, accounting, HR, front-office, compliance, transportation, and program support across agency operations. Responsibilities include client financial tracking, invoice and receipt processing, recruitment scheduling, onboarding support, document management, purchase orders, interpreter coordination, transportation scheduling, medication records, lease and insurance tracking, system administration, and general office assistance. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, communication skills, and occasional travel between work locations and agency events.
