The Sales Development Representative will grow SWTCH’s business in Western Canada by responding to inbound leads, researching prospects, developing client and channel relationships, pursuing agreements, and maintaining CRM activity. Leads SWTCH’s remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support organization, overseeing operations, service levels, workforce planning, escalations, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role manages support leaders and agents, builds scalable processes and knowledge systems, analyzes operational data, drives automation and product improvements, and partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Network Operations, and Deployment. The Director also recruits and develops talent while ensuring continuous improvement and effective handling of critical customer incidents.
