Design, build, and maintain secure conversational AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Gather stakeholder requirements, develop automated workflows with Power Automate and Dataverse, administer environments, enforce governance and security standards, and advise on licensing, capacity, and cost optimization. Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.

Lead delivery of complex IT applications and infrastructure projects in the energy (oil & gas) sector. Manage full project lifecycle, governance, stakeholders, budgets, risks, resources, and multiple workstreams to deliver transformation, integration, or M&A initiatives on time and to quality standards.
