Lead planning and delivery of a large-scale end-user device refresh and rollout, including M365 migrations, application deployments, onboarding, vendor coordination, stakeholder communications, risk and budget management, and transition to BAU support.

Provide L1 network support from a 24/7 Network Operations Centre: monitor and troubleshoot network faults per procedures, handle customer-facing incidents, escalate appropriately, and work shift pattern (4 on/4 off). Develop skills across Cisco and Palo Alto technologies and support progression into higher engineering or consulting roles.

Lead PMO activities to enforce governance, manage RAID logs, coordinate reporting and schedules, monitor budget and performance, facilitate governance forums, track benefits and deliverables, maintain documentation, and develop reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) to support programme decision-making and continuous improvement.
