Provide L1 network support from a 24/7 Network Operations Centre: monitor and troubleshoot network faults per procedures, handle customer-facing incidents, escalate appropriately, and work shift pattern (4 on/4 off). Develop skills across Cisco and Palo Alto technologies and support progression into higher engineering or consulting roles.

Lead PMO activities to enforce governance, manage RAID logs, coordinate reporting and schedules, monitor budget and performance, facilitate governance forums, track benefits and deliverables, maintain documentation, and develop reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) to support programme decision-making and continuous improvement.

Lead design, delivery and operation of cloud and platform services across Azure and Linux environments. Drive cloud modernisation, IaC, FinOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, platform governance and disaster recovery. Support Windows/Linux operational infrastructure (servers, storage, backup/recovery, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and managed service providers, and ensure secure, resilient, cost-optimised platforms aligned with business and cyber security objectives.
