Associate General Counsel, Lead Privacy and Product Counsel will advise on privacy, advertising technology, data licensing, SaaS products, digital media, and commercial transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, managing legal workflows, supporting compliance, training sales and product teams, and providing strategic guidance across the company. The role requires expertise in U.S. privacy laws, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and technology transactions, with HIPAA/HITECH and global privacy experience preferred.

Lead zero-to-one development of scalable commercial solutions for MyHealthTeam’s patient communities and pharma or agency partners. Translate market and client signals into product roadmaps, prototype and validate concepts, define requirements, and guide launches. Partner with sales, operations, content, analytics, and marketing teams to improve monetization, adoption, and scalability. Monitor performance, run experiments, and optimize solutions while incorporating AI tools into product development and decision-making.

Conduct strategic outreach to pharmacy groups through cold calling and email, identify decision-makers, build prospect relationships, and schedule product demos for Account Executives. Maintain Salesforce records, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and analyze historical opportunities and customer feedback to improve prospecting strategies and personalized outreach.
