The Business Systems Analyst II translates business needs into requirements, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and testable solutions. The role supports commercial banking, lending, treasury management, core systems, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SQL data validation, releases, documentation, and production operations. It collaborates with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and leadership to deliver compliant and effective financial-services solutions.

Develops, tests, implements, and maintains web applications for banking and lending products. Troubleshoots complex software issues, researches technical problems, integrates new technologies, and designs scalable solutions. Participates in Agile/Scrum planning, story estimation, solution architecture, vendor collaboration, and proof-of-concept development. Leads assigned initiatives, ensures delivery against business objectives, and follows software development standards and processes.

Leads enterprise architecture across business applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud infrastructure, security, and operational dependencies. Partners with executives and technology teams to define current and target-state architectures, roadmaps, standards, governance, and modernization strategies. Serves as technical decision owner for large, multi-year initiatives, evaluates platforms and vendors, guides implementation, manages risks and exceptions, and ensures successful transition to operations.
