Switch Technology Benefits Overview

Owns Switch’s capital cost discipline across the project lifecycle, including estimating standards, cost baselines, forecasts, contingency, actuals, commitments, change control, and benchmarking. The role partners with Finance and Construction, leads internal and external cost-management teams, supports capital allocation decisions, and presents project and portfolio cost positions and risks to executive leadership.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center construction programs from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Develop schedules, track scope/schedule/cost performance, manage risks and change control, review drawings, coordinate RFIs/submittals, liaise with engineering/construction/operations, maintain leadership reporting, and support punch-list and contractual closeout. Travel up to 30%.

Lead daily accounts receivable operations: review invoices, reconcile accounts, post and reconcile payments (check, wire, ACH), process refunds/adjustments, respond to customer billing inquiries, support month-end close and audit compliance, and improve billing and reconciliation workflows.
