The Back Office Operations Associate will manage transaction processing, data management, compliance monitoring, and propose process improvements.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Private Clients and Partners Sales: assist with sales administration and account openings, handle requests and correspondence, coordinate with Legal/Compliance and internal teams, support reporting and monitoring, centralize tasks, perform periodic customer due diligence, and contribute to process and tool improvements.

Own and manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, ensure compliance with Swiss labor/tax rules, perform reconciliations and accounting entries, drive payroll process improvements and automation, manage ad hoc compensation elements, support salary benchmarking and reporting, and partner with HR and Finance.
