Build, operate, and continuously improve production OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms and managed services for B2B customers. Responsibilities include lifecycle management, upgrades, troubleshooting, high-availability architecture, automation, GitOps, monitoring, logging, backups, security, and RBAC. The role requires collaboration with customers, agile teamwork, German and English fluency, Swiss residency, and participation in on-call duty.

Operate and evolve a self-hosted Temporal workflow platform on AWS. Design durable Python workflows with human approvals and safe in-flight changes, manage infrastructure as code and containerized services, own CI/CD deployments, and implement security, least-privilege access, vulnerability management, observability, and auditability across distributed systems.

Manage promotional activities end to end, including creation, configuration, testing, optimization, delivery, and cross-functional coordination. The role partners with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, and QA teams, improves the promotion creation tool, supports ad hoc initiatives, and translates business needs into effective promotional solutions. It requires initiative, analytical thinking, strong communication, project or product management experience, and comfort working in an agile, technology-driven environment.
