Detect and investigate OT threats, co-design new OT security offerings, handle customer inquiries, support service portfolios, and implement change management. Work includes routing/switching, agile methods, and occasional on-call duties.

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and other modules. Lead requirements gathering, solution and architecture design, run workshops, coordinate with development and operations, and support rapid project onboarding and delivery using automation and AI capabilities.

Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions: authentication and authorization, SSO/MFA, role and entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and integrations with cloud and on‑prem systems.
